Ticketing Policies

• 1- Tickets are non-refundable.
• 2- El Sakia is not responsible for any tickets sold outside of the announced outlets. Tickets purchased from unofficial outlets are considered invalid.
• 3- To avoid any inconvenience, please be seated only in your assigned seat.
• 4- Children are allowed to attend only shows that are suitable for them.
• 5- Adults with babies must sit in the back and exit the hall temporarily if the baby creates noise or cries.
• 6- For programs intended for adults, no children under 6 years old are allowed.
• 7- Children aged 6 and above must purchase a regular (full-price) ticket as they occupy the same seat/space as adults.
• 8- Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire El Sakia venue, both indoors and outdoors.
• 9- It is not permitted to bring food and beverages into the venue.
• 10- Photo and video shooting without permission or carrying any imaging devices in the venue is prohibited.
• 11- Please note that there are no lockers or safes available to store personal belongings.
• 12- We kindly ask all visitors to respect the customs and traditions of Egyptian society.
• 13- Please help us maintain a safe and friendly environment by not creating noise or engaging in disruptive behavior during events.
• 14- To best serve you, everyone is kindly requested to respect the general order and cleanliness measures of the venue.

User Profile and Ticket Purchase Instructions

• 1- Create a user profile account if this is your first time signing in.
• 2- Ensure that you fill in all the required fields marked with an asterisk [*] and remember your username and password for future purchases.
• 3- Select your favorite seats or standing area from the seat plan and choose a payment method.
• 4- You can choose to pay by “Credit Card” or through “Fawry Cash or Fawry Credit Card”.
• 5- If you choose to pay by “Credit Card”, you will receive a payment confirmation SMS followed by the ticket link sent via SMS and email.
• 6- If you choose to pay through “Fawry Cash”, you will need to go to the nearest Fawry outlet and complete the payment within 2 hours of receiving the booking code. Once your payment is complete, you will receive your ticket link via SMS and email.
• 7- In case of event cancellation, the ticket price will be refunded, excluding payment fees.

Kindly note that you can always check your bookings and tickets under “Event Bookings” in your personal profile.

Important Notice

• Payments through Fawry Cash must be completed within 2 hours.
• A copy of the ticket must be presented at the entrance gate on the event date.
• Keep a copy of the invoice until the ticket link is sent via SMS and email.
