Omar EL-Moutaz Bel’lah (PhD-MFA-MBA) is an Egyptian academic lecturer, author, cultural advocate, and performing arts expert with an extensive experience in leadership positions in a variety of national and international organizational settings, driven by the belief that culture, heritage, arts, and education are major forces for growth, development, and global change. He is the Founder and President of Osiris for Art Productions and Training, Teatro Independent Theatre Company, secretary general of the International Organization of Scenographers, Theatre Architects, and Technicians (OISTAT) in Egypt, Former board member of the steering committee of the United Nations U40 Cultural Diversity Network, and also a member of several archaeological institutes and associations in Egypt, France, Germany, and England.
